If a diner did not receive their order, please contact your facility’s AOM as soon as possible to request a reimbursement. Your AOM will assist in ensuring the situation is resolved promptly and the necessary steps are taken to address the issue.

Please note, you must request reimbursement within 30 days of order placement. Orders that were placed in excess of 30 days ago are no longer eligible for reimbursement.
