If you believe a violation has been assigned in error or have questions regarding a violation, the following process must be followed:
- Reply-All to the Violation Notification Email
- Respond directly to the email announcing the violation. Ensure you select Reply All so that the relevant parties, including the AOM, are included in the discussion.
- Provide a Clear Explanation
- In the reply, include:
- The violation being disputed (e.g., Trash Violation, Parking Violation, Food Storage Violation).
- A detailed explanation of why you believe the violation was issued in error or any relevant context or evidence supporting your position.
- In the reply, include:
- Discussion with the AOM
- The AOM will review your concerns and facilitate a discussion to resolve the dispute.
Please note that timely communication is essential. All disputes must be raised within 7 business days of receiving the violation notification. Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in the violation standing as issued.
